Got these for my husband. He wanted to improve hand strength and ease arthritis in one thumb. They are great, the grips have great resistance and, best of all, they are actually fun to use. I use them, too. Gotta compete for the status of jar-opening champion of the household! Great value!

I spent a lot of time, probably too much, researching the most durable/best quality product and i found it in this strength trainer. I absolutely love the quality. It doesn't feel or look like a cheap made product. I've been using it for a few weeks and can already see the difference.
